Below are the hours of operation during Thanksgiving Break:
Wednesday, November 23, Pool and Fitness Studios OPEN, 6a-11a
Thursday, November 24: CLOSED ALL DAY
Friday, November 25: Pool CLOSED. Fitness Studios OPEN, 8a-11a
Saturday, November 26: Pool OPEN, 8a-4p. Fitness Studios OPEN, 8a-11a
Sunday, November 27: Pool OPEN, 10a-4p. Fitness Studios CLOSED
Current students and alumni under the age of 25 are permitted to use the HC free of charge. Guests (of members, current students, alumni, etc) must pay $5 per visit.

Saturday BOOT CAMP: 10a-11a
The purpose of these sessions is to increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity all at once. Using WODs, circuits, team competitions, and stations, we will work towards promoting functional strength while developing a higher level of fitness. Whether your goal is to gain/maintain strength, tone up, or lose weight, together we can customize the circuit movement by movement to meet your expectations, regardless of ability or level of fitness.
